Dulce means sweet- I born in Santiago, Dominican Republic. I have a big family, 4 brothers and 5 sisters. I’ve been living in the United State for around 20 years. I work at T.F. Green Airport of Rhode Island as Breaker Cashier, but I love to do personal business. I sell jewelries and accessories. One of the most exciting thing in my life right now is my great achievement. I am expecting my graduation in May in Business Administrations at CCRI .I feel proud of myself because as a single woman I had to break lot barriers to move forward and to be successful in this country. My following dream is to find a job in an office as accounting.
How did you connect with Gloria Dei? I came to Gloria Dei through the Step Up Center. Keila Rodriguez, the director open my eyes and give me the “Step Up” that I was needing to reach my dream to get a degree in this country. I’m deeply grateful to God and Step Up Center.
What are your hobbies? One of my hobby is to travel. But also I love shopping in yard sales during summer time.
Thanks be to God for all good things he has made in my life!
